Is the Annual Fee Program available throughout Canada?

Yes it is. Doctors Services Annual Fee Program is available for all physicians throughout Canada.

 

Will I be locked into the program?

Absolutely not. If you’re not happy with our services you can discontinue at any time. However, we are confident that you will be delighted by the difference that our services can make to your practice. 

 

Will Doctors Services provide references?

Yes, gladly. We are more than happy to provide testimonials and/or share the names of any of our clients, which allow us to do so.

 

Does your Uninsured Service Program provide complete transparency?

Yes we do. We send your practice reports electronically every week and month. The reports provide updated payment information, including all patients that have paid the Block Fee. As a physician you will always have online access to all payment information in real time.

 

Is the program easy to use?

Yes, the program is designed to be simple and easy to use for you and your administrative staff. Billing and collecting payments has never been easier. If for any reason you’re experiencing difficulty, we can provide any assistance you need either in-person, over the phone, or through email.

 

I already do my own uninsured services billing. How will this be different?

Doctors Services Uninsured Services Program will increase practice revenue, save your practice valuable time, and increase office efficiency. If you are currently sending out your own Annual Fee letter, think about how your practice is managing the pay-as-you-go patients. Doctors Services Individual Invoicing Program takes care of this problem for you and removes the physician from the difficult process of collecting payments. Doctors Services will make a major difference not only through our Annual Fee Program, but also through our individual invoicing system.
